Very satisfied customer. I was building out a loft conversion within our home and wanted to have the most sound proof and heat proof insulation available. Jeff was generous with his time explaining to me the options, and the result has exceeded my expectations. We did a double layer of insulation in the roof with an airspace between and is has kept my power bills right down.

A great job. They were here 3 days and did a fantastic job. There was about 23 squares with some hard to reach parts in the roof. Removing old insulation, old ducting, vacummed the ceiling, and fitting new insulation. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Im very happy. I checked the quality of the work in the ceiling afterwards and was surprised how well they did up in the ceiling. 10/10 Thanks Jeff, but especially the team who were cheerful and very helpful and thorough. I used Ceiling Alert to replace our insulation and provide a through clean at the same time. The work was good value, and they were thorough and professional. True to the video on their website, the cleaning is very thorough, and I could not fault the politeness, timeliness, and meeting commitments. Very happy!
Jeff and his team Lucky and Raj did a great job in a difficult roof. An old Victorian with 180m2 of lathe and plaster took them longer than we all thought but he made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend them.

We contacted Jeff at Ceiling Alert to remove and replace the old insulation batts in our roof space as part of renovation works. It was actually pretty short notice, but thankfully, the timing worked out. The quote was reasonable, and the job they did was excellent. Seriously, the team deserves a massive 'thank you'! This is a 70-year-old-house, and the old insulation was probably up there for decades. They removed all the old batts and vacuumed the whole space before installing the fresh batts. They even show you before and after photos, so you can see how yucky it was before and how clean it is afterwards. Well done everyone! We highly recommend them.
We had old insulation removed, the roof vacuumed, and new insulation installed a few months ago. I've just been up there doing a different job in the far reaching corners, I noticed the thoroughness and quality in their work. Additionally, my wife and I were pleased with the whole process, the team were polite and prompt. thankyou.
Ceiling alert came round and removed all our old insulation, cleaned out the whole loft space of dust and grime and installed all new insulation in less than a day (aprox 100m2 footprint). Already noticed a reduction in road noise I can hear! Great work!
Jeff and his fantastic, professional and hardworking team completed a thorough vacuum of our roof and full installation. Previously all the build up of dust and old installation caused my family difficulty of breathing, thankfully now we are all able to breathe with ease. These guys do not take shortcuts in anyway and we were so thrilled with the job.
Jeff came and inspected my insulation and advised that it was all good re quality but just needed gaps filled and tidied up due to tradies having been previously up there. I really appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me new insulation that I didn't need. They came and did a great quality job. I would highly recommend them due to their honesty, professionalism and expertise.
